Return Policy
We currently accept returns in cases where the product received is not in its intended condition, is damaged or missing parts at the time of delivery. We take utmost care while packing your order, however incase you receive a broken or faulty item we provide a 7 day exchange/return policy from the date of delivery provided the claim be raised within 24hours of product delivery.
Since all our products are individually Handmade and unique, there might be slight differences in colors and design between each product piece. This does not qualify as a defective or damaged product. However if you receive a completely different prodct from your order kindly contact us immediately via email at sales@thepeachlife.in or at +91-7305962120 and we will assist you.
To avail this the products must be unused.
Goods are classified as damaged in case they are received in a damaged condition. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please note in case of exchange we can only replace it for the same product, subject to it being available. Please note that all our products are handmade on order basis and it will take a turnaround time of atleast 10 days.
Please note that all products on sale or using any discount code, are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Any goods that are customised on the request on the buyer does not quality for cancellation, return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the product is received and inspected for eligible returns, we will send you an email notifying that a refund has been initiated. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the returned item.
Cancellations
In the extreme case of product being unavailable which could arise out of unavoidable circumstances by external factors or from our vendors, government restrictions or inabilty of behalf of our artisans due to emergency situations, we excise the right to cancel the order after informing you of the same.
Cancellations, if any, must be requested within 6 hours or placing the order. Full refund will be initiated for such cancellations and will be credited to your account within 1-3 working days. To cancel an order you can email us at sales@thepeachlife.in or call us on +91-7305962120.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thepeachlife.in
Before processing your return/ exchange please mail us your concern along with pictures to sales@thepeachlife.in. Unidentified returns (without prior email confirmation) sent may be returned to the sender and/or not accepted.
In case of return/ exchange, the products need to be sent to the address, that will be sent to you via email once we have received your request for return, with the original packing including tags, if any.
